For the orders without any reasons to return

For the faulty products with manufacturing defective
We have found that normally, in 95% of cases, returns that we have received are working fine. Often is that the batteries are not placed into the device correctly - please ensure you have tried new batteries, checked the polarity on the product battery compartment and ensured the batteries are placed in the correct way. If that does not work then please read the below information.
•For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or replace for Manufacturing Defective items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days upon receipt. Please be noticed that Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded or replaced so please keep all packaging for the 30 days return period. We have tens of thousands of products on our site. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a refund for a product without measurements, due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including sizes before placing your order.
•If a product you purchased is determined to be faulty because of manufacturing defective, we will replace the item with an identical product. If for some reason we are unable to replace with the exact same product then, we provide 2 options, 1. Choose alternative product(s) to the same value, or 2. A refund for the faulty product. Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, we are not able to issue any refund.We will be only responsible for the returned shipping cost after it is determined to be manufacturing defective.
Before returning your product, please contact our service team to obtain a return authority (RA) number.
•All returns must have an RA number to be registered in our system.You could visit your Order History pages,simply click on "Leave A Message" next to the corresponding item and our customer service will help process your request. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. After we complete your refund, we will send you a message/email. Please allow 7-15 days for your refund to be confirmed.
•When a promotion such as gift card,coupon or credit (or any other free giveaway)was applied to an order and if that order was refunded for any reason, the promotion (or any other free giveaways) used in that order cannot be refunded.
•We cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT and any returned shipping costs may incur in the refund process.
